HZS050Y concrete batching plant, equipped with JS1000 twin shafts mixer and belt type aggregates charging system, has rated output 50m3/h compacted concrete. It can mix various kinds of concrete and is suitable for small and medium sized construction projects.
攪拌站采用模塊式設計，便于集裝箱運輸。攪拌站安裝后車(chē)橋，可用牽引車(chē)整體拖運轉移工地。
Modular design subserves container transportation. With rear axle installed, the concrete batching plant can be integrally towed by tractor.
整套設備的運行和計量采用微機控制，可實(shí)現生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的全自動(dòng)控制、生產(chǎn)管理及報表打印。

4、買(mǎi)方需自備以下設施：The buyer should provide the following facilities
（1）攪拌站的混凝土基礎、到攪拌站配電柜的電源及攪拌站水源；
（1）the foundation of concrete batching plant, the power and water supplying point according to our foundation drawing.
（2）到攪拌站內的避雷系統；
（2）Lightning protection system
（3）根據國家標準進(jìn)行的重量校準測量及校準的費用；
（3）Scales calibration is carried out according local standard on buyer’s expenses.
1.本設備建議采用三相五線(xiàn)制配電電源,單根電源線(xiàn)采用線(xiàn)徑不小于95mm2 的銅線(xiàn)，電源變壓器容量不小于200kVA，變壓器距離攪拌樓不大于100米，否則需增粗線(xiàn)徑。
The plant is suggested to adopt three phases five wires power supply , the single power line diameter is not less than 95mm2 of copper cable, and the capability of the transformer is not less than 200kVA. The distance between transformer and concrete batching plant should be less than 100 meters, otherwise the cable diameter should be increased.
6、以上配置按中國國內電源參數（電壓380V/220V，頻率50Hz）設置，如電源參數與此不符，需提前告知我公司。
